WC Campani on KS?

What gives? I just saw a seller offering WC pairs of Campanii on KS for $450. Has Madagascar opened?

Furcifer campani became the first new quotas species since 1995 in 2012. Only 250 of them are allowed to be exported a year. There should be more species next year.
