Waxworms > Moths

Hi all.

I always end up throwing away the old waxworms when they start to turn hard before hatching.

I am thinking of keeping a few and letting them turn into moths as a nice treat for the boys. And for my own entertainment if I see them zap them

I want to let them hatch inside the viv so they dont end up flying round the house frightening the life out of my better half - the deafening screams just arent worth it. Whats the best way to do this?

I am concerned that the misting moisture may have a drowing effect on them.

Also, how long should they take to hatch?

I normally leave them in the pot with the sawdust and after a few weeks open it up in the viv and hey presto!
