Wax worms or Wax moths?

I usually feed my chameleons the wax worms but some of the worms matured before I was able to feed them, so out of curiosity I let some of the moths loose in their enclosures. One had been being stubborn about eating his regular supers and/or crickets so I wanted to try something new. I just watched the stubborn one of my chameleons eat a moth.

Is it okay to let them eat the moths?

I didn't think there could be any damage since they eat the worms.

Yes the moths are even better because they fly(chams enjoy that) and are lower in fat. Waxworms shouldn't be given very often. About once a month I give my chams several waxworms, rest of the time they get the moths.
