Wattage for the basking bulb

Hi there,
I was just about to buy the basking bulb for my panther chameleon, when it asked me what wattage bulbs I would like. My exo terra flexarium cage is 4ft tall and 2ft wide, so I was just wondering what wattage I should choose?

You can use an ordinary household incandescent light bulb for a basking light. The wattage is determined by the temperature you want to attain.

Yep a household bulb will do the same job. Start off with a 60watt check your temps and go from there.

I use a 100 watt common household bulb on my panther, temp on his basking spot stays at 86*

I use a 60watt, basking branch is 7 inches away from bulb and temp is at 88*F.
