anybody here live in the states, and can easily catch grasshoppers, katydids and ship them to me, ill pay good money. please let me know, thanks!

Only if you want to risk being caught and fined.
USDA regulations forbid these insects from crossing state lines.

If you lived in Texas i would send some in a heart beat. I can catch them so easy and there big and fat. I could get like 200 grasshoppers in a day easy ha

If you have a net you can catch them in any grassy field.
Now is a good time to catch the nymphs and raise them to adults and they will breed.

I used to get a cast net and throw it into a field of tall grass and use them as bait

i live in jersey, theres plenty of different areas with tall grass... im gunna give this a shot, ill let you guys know if i get some luck in my net .

im really looking towards katydids, it seems that i only see one a few times during the summer, at night. and theyre always huuuuge, always adult sized!

got a few katydids the other day, two died after i found out the reason... these little guys drink ALOT!!!!!!
