Vitamin water bites?

The real question you need to answer for us is what but water are you gutloading with? That is the important factor in what to do.

It would be better if you used fresh veggies and fruits. Dark green leafy veggies are very nutritional. I used oranges for hydration for my crickets. They loved them!

I will but with the time being im short on cash so he'll have to suffice with that next month on the first ill have enough to get him his veggies.

I would have expected it to be a little less expensive than $10 plus shipping and tax, especially in California? Ah well, perhaps a few veggies do add up to $20.

It depends where I shop at though if I go to the American stores the veggies are more expensive and not much selection the Hispanic stores have a lot much more variety for cheaper price.

If you're not making a blended gutload out of the veggies, you only really need one or two types of high calcium leafy greens (dandelion, kale, mustard greens, collard greens, endive, escarole, etc.) and one other veggie or fruit (carrots, any type of squash, yams, sweet potato, raspberries, oranges, papaya, apples, etc.) I would choose an actual veggie more often than fruits.

While not the best (or inexpensive) the dry gutload should also be provided for gutloading. The veggies should make up a greater portion of gutload over dry stuff. When your dry food runs out I would suggest buying cricket crack. It's inexpensive, amazing, and a little goes a long way when you only have one or two chameleons.
