vieled egg incubation

i have read that if the eggs for vieled chameleons are a constant temperature they may not hatch does that mean im gonna have to change temperaure everyday at night time and in the morning? thanks any info will be much appreciated

so its fine having them on a constant 23 -24 degrees then

My incubator is not like most. I made it myself and it's open to room temperature fluctuations....so my eggs are never incubating at a constant temperature.

I have never heard anything like that before. I kept my veiled eggs at a constant 73 degrees.
