absolutely you can. He is only 5 months old and they are fine for him. They are roughly the size of a pea maybe slightly bigger. I bought 100 pupae and keep them in a refrigerator. I take about 10-15 out and put them in a deli container and put them inside. A few days later they start to hatch and he gobbles them up.

They are about double the size of the common house fly. My Jackson loves them. I'm sure your veiled would also.
