vet update for eye

Well she could not find anything wrong with him other then parasites. will give him wormer, and I asked her for eye stuff so will try that and see if he does better. Thanks for all the help

What kind of parasites did he have? What did the vet give you for that? Did she say why he's closing his eyes?

I do not remberer the name but she gave me Neobacimyx oops that was for the eyes don't want to mix them up! Panacur for parisites. She could find nothing wrong with eyes, I just felt so bad he has been rubbing them and all for a long time. I still think you all know more then some of these Vets!

I remembered what someone said about him eating other lizards. Flash, my Cham, had eaten at least two of them last summer, so maybe this did cause them?

I have spend all day with my chams and did not get anything else done. That happens alot lately.

Did the vet seems to be knowledgeable about chameleons? I have read on here that some of the trees and plants in the cage can cause eye irritation but I can't remember which ones.

I got her name off one of the sites someone gave me here, and she has on her info she handles reptiles. But the assit. who had a veil cham seems to have known as much if not more, so I wonder. I drove 45min to see her and maybe the worming will help time will tell.
