Vet Q's

I am currently looking for a vet. I have one for my mammals but they dont handle reptiles. I would like to find a good one.

I was given the name of Richard S. Funk ( i can dig it! ) i see he is on the Herp Vet Connection List.

Anyone actually had experience with him? Can i assume that this vet list is a good indication of how good his clinic is?


I have also been speaking with Kevin Wright of the Arizona exotic animal hospital by email, he has been more than happy to answer a few questions I had. And seems generally to be a good guy.


Anyway to test them out with out actually spending the money, or should i just do check ups with each and talk to them as extensively as I can while i am there?

How did miss this v.v perhaps im reading too much the past few days.

Ooh how did I miss this.. There is another vet in the metro area I think may be Dr. Wright.. but I'm not sure. Any who, if that is the guy I'm thinking of he is also very good.

My only thing about Dr. Funk is it is more expensive than it needs to be.
