Vet in Crofton MD

Female veiled appears to be (hopefully) temporarily blind. She can't open her eyes and is now showing signs of dehydration. I just replaced the UVB CFL bulb a few days ago and after reading up it seems that could be the cause. Photo ketarine blindness I think (I let my iPhone take over spelling). Turned off the lights and hope the eyes get better but after work she's worse. Taking her to the vet in the morning.

Any idea of vets in the Crofton/Gambrills/Bowie area?

Also, how much can I expect to lighten my wallet by if she just needs hydration and avoiding the CFL variety of lights? I know I get crushed every time the dogs need a vet visit for illness.
