heres an idea for you


xray= 150ish
bloodtest=150 or more ish
just to walk in= 70
meds= depends anywhere from 10-50ish as a guess


depends where you live but this is what im usually charged.

Well im actually in the UK, so prob going to be a bit different... :s but i looked up insurance and there are some companies that do but its about £15 a month to cover up to £1000 vet bills... not sure how much ill need it!

but make sure they cover exotic animals. many of these policies have all sorts of loopholes and exceptions for anything that isn't a cat dog horse...you know the typically domesticated stuff.




As for my bills...

my vet charges $65 for a walkin. I would guess that okiroo's price guesstimates are about right

thankfully i havent needed anything more!

As with all insurance it is only worth it when you need it. For a random check up on a healthy pet, probably not necessary. It is the times when you have a sick pet or a huge emergency that it is going to be worth it.

For me its 57 walk in, 20ish for fecal and like for meds it depends what is wrong
