Hi and welcome. I’m afraid your guy doesn’t look very well. I have a ton of questions so that I can try to help you figure out what might be going on and how to correct it. If you could copy/paste the following with your answers, we can get started. I will color the most important info needed in red, if you prefer a shorter version.
Chameleon Info:
- Your Chameleon - The species, sex, and age of your chameleon. How long has it been in your care?
- Handling - How often do you handle your chameleon?
- Feeding - What are you feeding your cham? What amount? What is the schedule? How are you gut-loading your feeders?
- Supplements - What brand and type of calcium and vitamin products are you dusting your feeders with and what is the schedule?
- Watering - What kind of watering technique do you use? How often and how long to you mist? Do you see your chameleon drinking?
- Fecal Description - Briefly note colors and consistency from recent droppings. Has this chameleon ever been tested for parasites?
- History - Any previous information about your cham that might be useful to others when trying to help you.
Cage Info:
- Cage Type - Describe your cage (Glass, Screen, Combo?) What are the dimensions?
- Lighting - What brand, model, and types of lighting are you using? What is your daily lighting schedule?
- Temperature - What temp range have you created (cage floor to basking spot)? Lowest overnight temp? How do you measure these temps?
- Humidity - What are your humidity levels? How are you creating and maintaining these levels? What do you use to measure humidity?
- Plants - Are you using live plants? If so, what kind?
- Placement - Where is your cage located? Is it near any fans, air vents, or high traffic areas? At what height is the top of the cage relative to your room floor?
- Location - Where are you geographically located?

1 he's a male vieled chameleon don't know age aprox 5 months os guess from other posts on this forum
2 I've had to handle him enough to wake him up so he'd start hunting to eat otherwise he'd sit there with his eyes closed all day and not even know there was food around
3 I do about 10 tp 15 small to med size crickets daily right now and I dust them with calcium powder and gut load with banana blackberries carrots and greens wich ever I have available at the time
4 he gets calcium powder every feeding and d3 every 2 weeks so far
5 I most once in morning and once a t night by hand for about 2 min until enclosure is saturated it dries out prett quick to 30 to 40 percent humidity in daytime and stays around 80 percent at night also has a dripper going about 10 min a day does drink from it as well
6 fecal looks good white and and solid have not been tested for parasites as far as i know do not have reptile vet around me
7 not much history I've had him about 4 weeks now and he wasn't moving around at all for a while after he ate fake moss but was still pooping after that and seems to have improved a little after adjusting tank some if you look at my other posts you'll see how much I've changed already
Cage Info
1 he has a glass exo terra 18x18 x 24 cage with screen on top am currently building new 2x2x4 cage for him all screen
2i have the zoomed uvb 24 inch light on top about 8 inches from highest branch and a single 60 watt basking bulb on a 12 on 12 off schedule 7am to 7 pm
2 I have a laser temp reader his basking temp is 85 to 90 and his ambient temp is around 75 in the day at night it stays around 65 to 70
3 his humidity in the day is 30 to 40 percent except when I mist it shoots up for a little while at night it's around 80 I have a hydrometer in his cage
4 he has a money tree a spider plant a polka dot plant and I can't remember names of other but they are on the safe list provided by this forum full list on other posts ive made
5 his tank is about 4 1/2 ft off ground to top of cage (again in proces of building bigger and taller enclosure that will be higher)
