Ok, so the other day I saw a video of a desert cham. It was like legit desert... So how come people dont keep these? They're probably a lot easier to care for since (I guess) they don't drink as much water as other chams... They seemed pretty cool to me :D

Are you talking about a Namaqua Chameleon (Chamaeleo namaquensis)? Found in this video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wPjgfEzmhAs

If so, they are actually a lot harder to keep. They require a huge amount of terrestrial space instead of arboreal. I also think it is illegal for them to be exported, so they can't even come in.

Ive got a video that I pulled off of some random site along time ago where this chameleon eats its daughter, and an entire snake. Pretty intense chameleon.
