A couple of months ago I was at my local reptile pet shop and they had this small brown chameleon that had a hint of green to it. It was being sold as a w.c. Oustalet..It even looked that maybe a female!...I took it home in a heartbeat...WELL now look what I got...Anybody out there want to give me there opinion...Im sure its NOT an Oustalet.

I will buy her. Sandy

Sorry, I guess that's the sort of the thing one sends in a PM.

Anyway, PM me, please, if you would like to find her a new home. Thank you. Sandy

For future reference, the scales on the sides of the heads (cheeks?) of verrucosus are much larger than oustaleti. Once you see the comparison it'll be easy to tell them apart. She's an awesome looking verru, though!

Kent, thanks for the info.I've allways delt with Oustalets when they were newborn or as subadults/adults, and boy did I get fooled by this one...

I never noticed the difference Kent, but it's making sense!! Thank you for the tip!!

And definately, this is a very gorgeous lady!!
