So last night at roughly 2:30 in the morning my fiancé and I heard rustling in one of the enclosures in our room. I had chocked it up to the hermit crabs destroying their home (not unusual) but the sound kept going on for a few minutes and it even got faster. So we got up to check on everyone and it wasn't the crabs. It was Paco. He was panickedly climbing around the mesh in his enclosure when we found him he was on the door. So I slowly opened the door and he sat there with his angry colors. I had tried to pick him up to put in back in his bed spot but he tried to his so we let him have a moment to calm down. While he was calming down I looked around suspecting he may have "suicide jumped" from a "predator". Low and behold one of the troublemaker crabs had escaped and climbed up the enclosure to the top and scared Paco. He had in fact suicide jumped (he was not harmed). I removed the crab and put him back in his respective home. My fiance put on sanitizer to put him back to bed. Well Paco was not a fan. He just sat and stared at my fiance angrily as he put on sanitizer. Eventually he came to us once he was calmer. (Paco loves to hang out with us.) So as he naturally went to the highest point which happened to be my hair. After a while my fiance picked him up to put in back in his enclosure to sleep, but instead Paco started to get comfy on his thumb and started go get sleepy. We were able to coax him back into his enclosure to sleep. Needless to say it was almost like a "mom dad I had a bad dream can I sleep with you guys?"
