Veiled Shedding

Hi Guys!!!
I was wondering when Chameleons shed, can they stop eating right before? My little Veiled just shed today, and hasn't eaten is like 3 days. I had 3-4 Crickets in his cage just in case he gets hungry, and they were gone when I checked. Plus he was done shedding, I put like 5-6 more, and only see two, so could that be a possibility? Oh, he's also a 3-4 Month Old Veiled.

Yes

My youngest panther (now 12 months) always stops eating a few days before he sheds. I can't tempt him with anything but its a good indication to ramp up his mistings and keep an eye on his humidity as I know a shed is on the way. His appetite quickly returns when his shed finishes.

Thanks! Ya, he ate 9-10 Crickets today so now I'm not worried. Thanks!! I made sure the humidity was up too.
