Veiled Holding Tail

I just noticed my male veiled holding his tail while resting,he is shedding right now and not in a good mood. I know that chameleons holding their limbs with other limbs can be a sigh of mbd, but can a chameleon holding his tail with a limb be a sigh?

Ya know...I don't think that's a big concern unless it's a common thing. They don't seem to see well close up and when reaching for a vine, will sometimes grab the tail by mistake.

Pictures of this are always cool though.

from viewing my girl veiled, she often will grab her tail while pivoting position between branches and what not, i've never observed her holding her tail while perched though, like ^^ said, as long as it isn't a common thing, i wouldn't be concerned about it

I have never heard that a cham holding it's limbs is a sign of MBD... Can you post a photo of your cham?

My chams will grab their own limbs when climbing or turning around or sometimes when sitting...
