Veiled has stopped eating

My father in law has a veiled that has stopped eating the last week or so and this morning there is a red thing hanging out the backside. We ordered some zilla caloric supplement stuff. Not sure what is going on and need help.

If it's a prolapse, it needs to be kept moist with K-Y jelly until you can get the prolapse back into the chameleon. If you don't do this the tissue will become neurotic and that is not good.
