Veiled has a slight cut on back foot,

Hi there, i noticed today when my Veiled was out that he has a slight cut by his toe on his back foot, it has healed over, not to sure where he got it.

Would it be worth me putting anything on it? to help its not bad at all, and looks like it healed, but would not want it to get infected etc.

Its like a scab, so healing, could that not still infected, as it still healing? im not sure?
