OK I see. So I hate this part, but most of that kit is a waste of money. You say he is new, so the store may let you return the kit.
Lights are the biggest thing. Given a standard screen setup you need T5HO 12% or 10.0 depending on brand. I would just go with arcadia. This assumes the light will set on top of the screen. And The fixture. And here is the burn, they don't sell the fixture with the light you need. Make sure it is a T5HO Fixture.
As big a screen cage as you can get. A male can get 17 in tip to tail. There are a couple options out there. Usualy 24x24x48 is the standard size. There is a glass front one that is good too, Exotera I think.

These are your biggies. Cage $100 or so Light with fixture probably $50-$60

For a basking bulb it is just any dome, even $6 one from hardware store. and an incandescent light. there is a little more in that.

It is not as bad as it sounds, and once done you can have a happy pet for many years to come.

No, a 5.0 t5HO reptisun is fine. Or a 6% t5HO arcadia. Either is fine

I am a she... But your welcome... Even on top of the enclosure on the outside of the screen it will not cut enough of the UVB down to utilize a 10.0 or 12%. In single reflector fixtures the UVB is much stronger. When utilizing a quad fixture (4 bulbs) using 1 single reflector for all 4 bulbs this is when you need to up your bulb strength because the other bulbs disrupt the out put of the UVB bulb. If you look at the levels of a single fixture with a 5.0 bulb and a quad fixture with a 5.0 bulb. Both sitting on top of a cage the single fixture will put out much more UVI then the quad. Basically it is a ton of info and it took me quite a while to get an understanding of it.

Hi. He is doing much better. Although he seems a bit dehydrated now. He has quite an appetite but his eyes seem sort of shriveled. Again, i am unsure of his exact age so i do not know if doing the shower technique would help.
