Veiled eggs getting harder

My veiled eggs have been in the incubator for two months now and I noticed some are getting harder.Is this normal or is something wrong?

I don't know if it feels like rubber, they are just harder than when they were laid. The temps are between 26 and 27 degrees celsius and the substrate is moist.

I don't know why I still post on this site. Doesn't seem that anyone is willing to help out anyone on here unless they know each other. I know I am new to chameleons, but I would like to find out as much as I can and who better to learn from than you guys who have all the experience and knowledge.

There are a lot of posts, sometimes people who don't know just won't post. You can also use the resource that is the search function: https://www.chameleonforums.com/search.php - I think another reason is that your degrees are in Celsius and some of us don't know how to turn that into Fahrenheit (yay google as a calculator!)...

If you can't answer something as simple as that, why should we?... if you get what I'm saying. I don't mean to sound rude but I can't find a simpler way to say it.

I did answer as best I could as I dont have a humidity meter in the incubator so I can't give an accurate percentage. The substrate is moist and I spray it every few days as well just to make sure, but I think I should go and get a humidity meter and put it in the incubator to get the reading. Do you think that if I take the lids off the containers it would help with the humidity?
I know it is hard for you guys to answer me when I don't give full details, but I can only give what I know.
I really just want to know if the eggs are going to make it and to find out how to see if they are going to hatch or not.
Any help will be appreciated.
I will take some photos when I get home from work today and post them so you guys can take a look at the eggs and tell me what you think.

If there was too little humidity the eggs would actualy shrivel up and look dry.

Dont exactly know what you mean by "harder".
The eggs should look like what they did when they were laid, which is white, of the right shape and tight, so when you lightly press on an egg it shouldnt cave in and stay caved in when you remove your finger.

The eggs should be fine if they are still of a good colour (They will change colour during the incubation process, closer to the end you will think they are starting to look a bit more seethrough.), have no mould and just look like normal.

Well then I suppose my eggs aren't any good as they are all a brownish colour and they are hard as in when you press on them they don't budge. I am going to cut open some eggs tonight and see. If I find one with an embryo in then I will leave the rest, if not then I will just try with the next batch of eggs that one of my females lays.

Its not uncommon for the eggs to go a different colour.
You wont expect to find an embryo this early I think...

Posting some pictures of the eggs will make this easier. Will be able to tell immediately if they are good or bad eggs.
