veiled chameleon's diet

So, my veiled is about 6 months old now and I was wondering how many bugs I should feed him now. I was thinking of adding meal worms and super worms to his diet now too and I was wondering if those are ok on a regular basis. Also I can't seem to find links for places to buy different types of bugs so if you could link me to some good sites I'd appreciate it.

u can use crix and roaches and the staple diet. and for treat u can use alot of diffrent worms, mealworms, superworms, hornworms, silkworms, butterwroms and things of that nature. You can also add moths, mantids, and grasshoppers if they are found in a pesticide free place. i usualy keep those overnight to be safe, if they have pesticides on them they will die within 24hrs.

click on the "view our sponsors" on the top right. you'll find plenty of places that sell different worms.

Since its been warm, i've been feeding mantis, hoppers, moths, ect. that i've been finding at work (i work outside) And of course the usual crickets, roaches, and supers.

I absolutely cant stand roaches and don't want them in my house. Maybe that's weird but I just hate them. I tried to feed him superworms yesterday and he refused to eat them. He ate the crickets and left the worms. :( I don't know if it's just because he's never had them before. Does it usually take a while before they get used to eating worms?

I'll see if any reptile stores around here sell other types of bugs. Ty for the info!

My cham is a little younger than yours, and it took him a while to start eating the worms i offered. Now he eats them as soon as he finds them.
