Veiled chameleon heat bullb

I currently use a 60 w heat bulb and a 10 uvb strip, i was wondering if putting in another 40 wat heat bulb would be to much for my little girl. The cage is a screen cage, i keep a live plant and have plenty of fake vines for hiding. Any thoughts?

Knowing the temperature is more important the amount of heat lights you have. You need to make sure her basking spot is the right temperature. Digital probe or a temp gun is a vital piece of equipment.

I don't think you need more but peachy is right you need to know the exact temps off add to much heat she will get burns or stay closer to the bottom
