Veiled Chameleon (Female)

So, My new female veiled appears to be gravid. I got her 5 days ago, she was being kept with a male in a tiny enclosure. Late Friday evening, I walked in on her digging in the potted plant that is in her enclosure, which is when I realized that she probably wasn't full of parasites (worms) like I had thought (still sent in the fecal), but was probably gravid. Yesterday, after work, I picked up a rubbermaid tub (about 8" x 8" x 4"(tall)). I filled it with dirt (off-brand, but eco-earth equivalent) and put a blanket around her enclosure. Is there anything else/different I could do to help her, since she hasn't been digging since? And when should I start to worry/take her to the vet? Thank you in advace!

i would probably try a taller pot... 4 inches isnt sufficient for an egg laying bin. i would try at least 12x12x12... or bigger, space permitting.
dont watch her, dont look at her, dont even breathe near her.... lol...

I placed a larger tub in her enclosure this afternoon (about 8" tall). And she has been digging this evening, so I've been just letting her be. Is it normal to feel so helpless? As though there is nothing I can do for her, since truly, there isn't much that can be done for her other than just to leave her to it? Also, should I leave the (daytime) lights on? Or turn them off as normal?

Oh! And I have the 12" tall tub on stand-by just in case. :) Just wanted to get something taller in there ASAP, and didn't want to disturb her after she had begun to use it.

For anyone who is curious, she laid her eggs last night and is eating, but obviously tired. :) I'm relieved, and thank you all for the advice.
