How old would a 3-4in Veiled cham be?
What size cage would it need to start with?
What temps and humidity?
What kind of vitamin/calcium schedule should it be on?
How much should it eat a day(crickets)?

It's not very easy to determine a chameleon's age simply by their size - they often grow at different rates.
Suffice to say that a chameleon that small is still a baby.
