veiled cham has a bump

hello! my male veiled chameleon has a bump on his chin that i'm thinking is from him rubbing up on the screen of his cage, does this need to be looked at by a vetrinarian? (his casque has burnt just a little bit as well, i put his basking spot a little too high so it's since been fixed

Hi there personally I would have him seen by an experience reptile vet. It does not look like its from rubbing to me.
