hi.. i have been on the hunt for a male baby veiled about 1-2month old and i just wanted to know about people experience, buying from breeders? please post where you bought from and how the experience was.. hopefully this will help me with my hunt for my new cham..

CHeck the classifieds on this site or one of the site sponsors as most of the people on here will recommend... I would advise that even though your heart will tell you to do NOT buy from a big chain pet store, the animals are almost ALWAYS poorly treated and can be health disasters and the more profit these stores see the more they will push the animals into the market, torturing more poor creatures... JMHO

i would say it depends on what coast your on epecially in the summer. if your on the east coast go with an east coast breeder if your on the west then go with tiki tiki they got some beautiful veileds right now with some great colored bloodlines.

just be careful with the summer temps though you don't want your chams taking a risk of dieing but if the breeder is good like the kammers are they make sure to check what the temps are and if its to hot they won't send them till its cooler plus they will call and let you know like they did with me.

thanks for the tip. yeah i will make shure that everything goes smooth! i would hate to recieve a dead cham as a first!
