variety for a growing boy

I have a male veiled (Ryu) he is almost 4 months old now. I currently have him eating almost exclusively 1/2 crickets (feeding them potatoes, radishes, celery, and bug burger) he also gets some meal worms on occasion, and the rare wax worm. I gave him a little mango the other day which he seemed to really enjoy. I'm trying to broaden his variety now that he's getting big enough to add some new things and an not to sure what would be good feeders to introduce that aren't too big for his little head. I just ordered him some small Dubia (they haven't arrived yet). What else is good at this age? Silk worms small horn worms? Thanks in advance :)

im new to the forum and i have to ask how did you introduce those foods and get him to eat them. I have a baby male veiled cham and would like to get him to try different foods .

He is not feeding potato, radishes, etc... to his chameleon. These are being fed to the crickets which, in turn, are fed to the chameleon. In effect, what the crickets eat the chameleon eats. Some Veilds will eat a variety of greens and some fruits, like mango, but not all. One of my veilds will eat greens on occasion, while the other wants nothing to do with them.

It is more important that we ensure the bugs we are feeding our chams are properly gut loaded than it is to get our chams to eat greens and veggies. Add variety to your chams diet by offering different types of bugs, like crickets, dubia roaches, supers, locust, etc...

yes, what LPsouth said. lol. Are you having trouble getting him to eat anything or are you just trying to add in variety? What are you currently feeding? How much is he eating?
