I have been researching UVB lights and I need to know which 1 is better. The ones that have 5% UVB and 30% UVA or 5% UVB and 7% UVA. The Exo Terra has 30% UVA so does a Igauna light would that be ok too? Or should I stick w/zoo med 5% UVB and 7% UVA?

Stick w the 5.0 or if the cage is very very large you could go w a 10.0 repti sun. But its really overkill unless you have a free range setup or a 6ft tall cage.

The Repti Sun 5.0 linear is by far the best and safest UVB out there.

Thanks but I plan on getting the 5.0 UVB but what percentage of UVA should I get? There is one bulb w/ 7% and the other has 30% does it even matter? My set up is 48"tall X 48"wide X 18" deep.

Just the Repti Sun 5.0 is all you need. There is only 1 Repti Sun 5.0 linear UVB bulb, not the compact, that's the one you want. Be sure you are looking at the linear tube light. On the Zoo Med website I don't even see the UVA listed on the linear. I see the 30% UVA output listed for the compact though. The one in the link below has the right amount of UVB and UVA.
