UVB light 5.0 or 10.0?

I have a panther chameleon in a zoo med 4 foot high enclosure, should i use a 5.0 or 10.0 reptisun bulb?

For the heliophilous ( sun lovers ) like panthers I use 10.0 because the screen blocks out much of the uv for montanes I use the 5.0.
