So there are alot of options with chameleon lightings and I'm struggling to figure out which one is the best for my veiled chameleon

I know it can seem that way, but it really only boils down to a couple of choices (by consensus).
For UV(B), the T5HO fluorescent tube is the overwhelming choice, either:
Reptisun 5.0 or 10.0 or
Arcadia 6% or 12%
The 6% is roughly equivalent to the 5.0 in output.
The 12% is roughly equivalent to the 10.0 in output.
Generally, the 5.0 or 6% are sufficient for most enclosures; the stronger bulbs may have to be elevated higher above the top. It comes down to distance between the bulb and basking site, and whether or not the UVB fixture has a decent reflector.
Then the only question is length, which depends on the enclosure size (2'x2'x4'H is recommended).
Basking bulbs are simple; an old-fashioned household incandescent (not LED) will do fine.
