I don't know what that is but id take him to the vet. His mouth doesnt look that good either

An URGENT trip to the vet is in order as you will not be able to treat this without medical intervention. It appears your baby has a mouth infection/mouth rot that has progressed into his sinus and is now affecting his eyes. He needs to be checked and probably put on antibiotics if its not already too late.

So yes, please find an experienced reptile vet and get an appt. ASAP!

Can't say no more than this! It's edema caused by infection, please get him to a vet fast!

I would ask the vet specifically on their knowledge of chameleons. Around me, there are a few veterinarians that claim they can see reptiles, but after a couple visits with different vets, I find they know no more than I do about chameleons.
