Apollo, I may have missed if someone else said this, but I think panther eggs can take 10+ months of your attention to temps, humidity, etc.for the embryo's health before they hatch. They are not live-bearers. Just a thought...
I wasn’t aware of the Spurs, but because she’s getting towards the end of her life span, we can’t afford to replace her and the only way we’d get another one similar is through breeding.
It will likely cost you a lot more to raise up babies properly than it would be to shell out the money for a juvenile. If you can't afford to purchase a solitary chameleon, you definitely can't afford to raise babies. I suspect your answer will be that you will only have one, but most novices kill neonates so you need more than one and even more to try to get a male. Just my 2 cents.
