Chameleon Info:
Your Chameleon - The species, sex, and age of your chameleon. How long has it been in your care? veiled male aged 3-4 months. been in care for 23 days.
Handling - How often do you handle your chameleon? 6 or so times a week. always stays green and active when i hold him. only handle for 5 or so minutes.
Feeding - What are you feeding your cham? 1/8 inch crickets for now getting silk worms tomorrow. What amount? 15-20 What is the schedule? daily How are you gut-loading your feeders? apples and carrots.
Supplements - What brand and type of calcium and vitamin products are you dusting your feeders with and what is the schedule? no vitamins. using zoo med plain calcium daily and calcium with d3 every 2 weeks. was using with d3 daily for a week unaware of the dangers of overdosing the d3.
Watering - What kind of watering technique do you use? misting and dripper How often and how long to you mist? 4-5 times a day for 5-8 minutes. Do you see your chameleon drinking? no.
Fecal Description - Briefly note colors and consistency from recent droppings. urates are usually white or very slightly yellow. Has this chameleon ever been tested for parasites? no.

Cage Type - Describe your cage (Glass, Screen, Combo?) What are the dimensions? all screen 36x16x16 inch
Lighting - What brand, model, and types of lighting are you using? What is your daily lighting schedule? solar glo 125 watt changing to the typical combo asap
Temperature - What temp range have you created (cage floor to basking spot)? 80-85 basking 75 typical ambient temp. Lowest overnight temp? 73 How do you measure these temps? digital thermometer.
Humidity - What are your humidity levels? 65% misting 30% dry out time How are you creating and maintaining these levels? hand misting sessions, 4 a day for 5-8 minutes. What do you use to measure humidity? digital hygrometer
Plants - Are you using live plants? not yet. picking up a scheffelera soon. If so, what kind?
Placement - Where is your cage located? Is it near any fans, air vents, or high traffic areas? bedroom. not much traffic just going in and out during the day. not near any vents. At what height is the top of the cage relative to your room floor? 6 feet

Current Problem - when i got home today i noticed his urate had a clear orange thing at the end of it while the rest of it was white. wondering what this could be and what i should do?
