Upgraded the Leo and the crabitat

The early stages of the quarantine led to a lot of new animals in our home. Including Calcifer our panther chameleon

My wife got caterpillars and we released butterflies in the backyard after they emerged, a hamster, 2 hermit crabs that turned into 6 hermit crabs, and a leopard gecko

This weekend Larry the Leo, and the crabs got tank upgrades

You released all that at once?
I know what you meant, but if you read it a certain way...

I really like that hide on the right side of pic 2.

We got a hamster when we were starting out, because they were one of the few pets we could get past the landlord. The story is here.

Eventually, we went through most of the domestic rodents—hamsters, gerbils, guinea pigs, and the rabbit from Monty Python (nastiest rabbit that ever lived).

Most of them probably would have been ok for a while if we let them all go, at least for a while....

the hamster had some sort of GI issue and died after only a few months. Bummer, Jerry was a good guy, but my wife decided no more hamsters

Those rabbits can have nasty, big, pointy teeth

we already had three dogs and a fish tank, so we didn’t need more, but I’m enjoying it a great deal

I like the big one on the right too. My favorite hide is the one on the left that I mounded substrate around and planted around it to blend it into the surroundings

Larry chose the tiny one I stuffed into the middle as his favorite
