So I was just contacted by that # again, but this time it was a woman and I guess she saw that I was on the do not call list, bc she immediately apologized and started trying to get off the phone, but I told her I needed to speak to a manager. Turns out she is a manager so I told her what was going on. She told me that she has been having problems with one of her employees and asked what his name was. After I told her that he never would tell me, she said she could look it up with the notes on my 'account'. She said that it was the same person they are having problems with and that I am the seventh person to report him for this behavior. She put me on hold for a minute and came back and said that while I was on hold, she had got him and sent him to a meeting with senior management and that they are going to go ahead and fire him. She apologized profusely for what I have gone through and was appauled at what he had done. She is also going to take care of the jerk that sits next to him that he gave the phone to on one occasion to act as a manager, who also was nasty and called back a couple of times. She is going to email me and let me know exactly what happens at the end of the meeting!
Good to know this harassment is going to stop and hopefully that jerk learns a lesson to treat people with respect!
