Update: More Bruises

Today as I checked Cosmo I realized more bruises have appeared besides the one he already had on his upper lip. They are super faint but I am so nervous, is there any ways I can treat it or help him? Should I be worried? Is it possible that this is more than a bruise?

Well if those are bruises... My cham's face is covered in them. I think it is just his coloration.

It looks like dirt to me—from bumping into & brushing against things.
