Unknown Insect in Cage

They're quite small, about 1/8" long. Photos below...

Can anyone help identify?

Are they a sign of good/bad conditions?

I feel as though if you have no idea where it came from and didn't put it in the cage, it can't be good. It might have come in from using outside branches? You might have them infesting your home. Either way, it can be assumed to be wild, therefore you have an issue with possible pesticides being introduced to your cham. I urge you to figure out where it came from to stop it. It doesn't look like anything I've seen before.

Looks like a termite!!!!!
Just google termite images.
From what I gather with a little research is that termites are OK for chameleons to eat, I would be unsettled by this either way. The fact you may have termites in your house can be a bigger issue!
