Two white bumps inbetween eyes

My chameleon has white bumps in between his eyes(his nasal caps), my boyfriend and I believe he's got some salt or calcium he's getting rid of because I saw him squirt something out his nose and the bumps appear&disappear. We know it's not a cyst, infection, or disease, we just want to know if what we think is correct. He's had calcium come out his nose before, after that we dusted less but today realized we had calcium with d3 added so we ordered ZooMeds repti calcium without d3 which will arrive in a day and we intend on dusting less as well. Can you please tell me if we are correct about his situation?

I've had several Veilds and they have all white buildup on their nostrils at times . Normal and nothing to worry about

The nostrils are not on the top of the head...and that's where I see the white spots.
