Ya I would say the first one is skinny. The second ones eyes are sunken in which usually means dehydration. I would get them to a vet as soon as you can to get them checked out by a professional. Bring the vet a fresh fecal sample also to check for parasites. Do not feed the first one to much at one time because that can shock their system and kill them. Make sure you use the right supplements as well.
