I think you should leave him at one house. Moving him back and forth like that would cause too much stress. How long is the time in between?
I stay at one house(A) until tuesday sometimes wednesday and go to another one(B) for the night then go back to the other one. and same thing for thursday’s depending on other things. also every other weekend starting on friday to sunday at like 4 i go back to the other house.(A)

I would put the chameleon's enclosure at the house you are at the most, and if they are equal time then it won't matter. As long as you can get someone reliable to feed the cham and take care of it when you are not at that specific house. That's just my two cents.

Is there any point in the future where you will only be living in one house? If so, I'd advise just waiting until that point. If you are leaving a chameleon in someone else's care for 1/2 the time it's very important that they are as interested and excited about having a chameleon as you are. Anything less is not fair to that person nor the chameleon. Also it will be much harder to monitor health issues - if something crops up and you miss it during one visit and don't catch it until the next visit that could be bad. I'm not trying to discourage you, I just want what's best for everyone involved.
