Two cages together

I have 2 cages together. Should I put something, like cardboard or something in between them or is this ok. They are 1 male and 1 female vield chameleon

The one in the little cage is about 6 months male and the larger cage is an adult female

You better keep their vision separated,male can get mature intrested in female pretty fast,n the adult female can get stressed pretty quick too,put a towels or cardboard in between the cage so they will be regulated boy nun,boy nun

I use corrugated white plastic between all my screen enclosures. It's just like cardboard but it's made of plastic so it doesn't mold, etc. I buy it at Lowe's Home Improvement store.

That enclosure you have there for the 6 month old male is too small IMHO do you plan on up sizing real soon?

Yes, I have a bit bigger one ready to move him into this spring.
