Tutorial for hatching blue bottle flies

A few days ago Someone was asking me about blue bottle flies. I find myself explaining this process a lot. I told them I would make a video but I can't remember what thread it was. I hope this works because I wasn't quite sure how to post a video. I will post releasing the hatched flies tomorrow( if this works).

I've had spikes in the fridge for 3 months and they are still going strong. Pupae won't make it as long because they are closer to hatching. After 6 weeks I started to see a few flies in the container in the fridge.
