trying to "tame" kraken.

Okay so I've had kraken for at least a week and a half now and I am trying to "tame" him but he isn't really taking it. I held him yesterday and he was pretty fine but today he was like "Get away from me!" and all defensive and puffed up and opened his mouth some. any tips??

Chameleons don’t “tame”. They either tolerate or not. Try offering food every time. Gives them something to look forward to when you offer your hand.

A couple of weeks isn't enough time for him to get comfortable before handling. Give him more time to get used to you just being around.

Try and get on a regular schedule of hand feeding your buddy leave him alone tho, like said before gota let him get use to you first, treat him with a couple hornworms everyday let em get use to you, in his eyes we’re a giant predator that’s just way it is. Your going to have him for the rest of days give it time.
