Yes that appears to be a "Red Rudis" which is from the Mt Hanang area.

I agree with Carl. This appears to be what is sold as "Red Rudis", which occur on Mount Hanang and nearby forests (Nou Forest Reserve, etc.). Technically that would make these Trioceros hanangensis, or Trioceros cf. hanangensis in the case of specimens that were not collected on Mount Hanang.
