Triceps and Biceps?!?

Hey Everyone.

Clarence my Nosy Be is about to turn 14 months, so I was taking my usual monthly picture, and I was looking at his arm... Are these Triceps and Biceps I am seeing in his upper arm?? Why do I have a buff Cham?!?!? hahahaha. I dont think it can be any sign of MBD. His food is always dusted and the schedule of no D3, D3, and the Multi is followed to schedule. His UVB (Reptisun 5.0) Is changed every 4 months. (about 6-7 Inches from his UVB basking area). Or he is a bit chubbs? Let me know what you think from the picture!
