Too pale

Hello guys, if a chameleon is cold will his color go lighter ?
Cause my veiled chameleon one of his legs Is like grayish but pale and some parts of his face are like that too I am worried is this normal?

At the moment he is back to his normal color but if he like that again I will post it asap

They change colors all the time and on different parts of their bodies. Don't drive yourself crazy with it!!!
