Today when I left for work, my third story apartment A/C was working wonders. Due to this, I was not at all worried about my veiled cham eggs. When I got home, however, the power had gone out. The eggs had been at around 82 Degrees for probably around 5 hours. I know that they are not supposed to be over 79 Degrees, but due to extenuating circumstances+Indiana heat, I could not help this. Will they be ok if exposed to that temperature for only a short time??

3 degrees you should be ok. If it went from 79 to 100 I would be worried.

Figured I was worrying too much, but 4 months in I am beginning to think the worst about anything. Thank you for your help :)
