Too chunky?

This is Hobbes, my (approx) 9 month old male veiled. Is it just me, or is he looking a bit...chunky? He's weighing in at 99 grams, and he seems like he's ALWAYS hungry. He'll eat anything and everything I show him...he even tries to shoot my fingernails until he realizes they're not roaches. I tried not feeding him roaches yesterday, and he ate most of his hibiscus plant! I typically feed him 3-5 med/lg dubia roaches a day, sometimes a couple more when it's dusting day. I tried offering him as many roaches as he would eat to see if he would self-regulate, but I finally had to stop when he showed no sign of slowing at 11 large roaches. Does he look overweight to you? I don't want him to get obese! Any advice would be appreciated.

Keep him off the beer for a while

no its fine my chameleon has about the same problem just be sure not to feed it more than usual
